In 1999, I said goodbye to my non-profit career and became a Realtor at Coldwell Banker Bain. What i brought with me was strong sense of community commitment and my excellent communication and negotiation skills. Working as a Realtor this past decade has shown me every aspect the Seattle market has to offer; from the dot.com busts, to the highs of the real estate boom and now to the tenacity of thriving in a changing market. Throughout each market the Diva Fan Club has grown and I count myself lucky to live in such a great city. I am proud to be able to say that I've had a great career thus far, am in the top of tier of my profession and am having the time of my life!

The spring before the market crash Chavi abandoned corporate life to join her long time partner Kim in the real estate world. Having to immediately tackle this new career in the drastically changing economy, Chavi focused her efforts on building connections with the larger community and creating a strong social media presence for the new partnership. In 2010 Chavi and her partner Kim formed Team Diva Parnters, LLC based at Coldwell Banker Bain in Seattle. Chavi social media prowess and market savvy was pivotal in helping to elevate Team Diva to new levels of success and recognition in the community. You can often catch Chavi throwing small dinner parties for 20 or so folks, shopping for local goodies or spending time with Rosie the Real Estate Pooch and her partner Kim!

Chris has been working with and learning from the Divas for a year now. Originally beginning his time as the summer "Him-tern," Chris soon moved on to become a part of the team as the Diva Marekting & Communications Coordinator. After a study abroad trip to Argentina during the winter and spring of 2012, Chris couldn't stay away from Team Diva and began working with them again.
Studying Economics and Communications at Seattle University, Chris is very interested in corporate social responsibility and engaging many stakeholders through social media. Whether is be through creating a give-back campaign or curating content for the Diva blog, Chris loves working with the imaginative, engaged, and energetic people that make up Team Diva Real Estate.

Ricardo Ibarra of Studio 5 Design prides himself on crafting unique and compelling creative solutions for clients of all types. While earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of Washington, Ricardo nurtured his love for creative work and honed an approach to design informed by his scientific background. As Marketing Director, Ricardo brings his decade of experience to Team Diva Real Estate in a wide variety of roles, ranging from content producer to art director, brand builder to marketing consultant. He is a creative jack-of-all-trades, helping to guide and shape each project from conception to delivery. Ricardo is a self-described foodie who loves espresso, wine, and jazz music. He and his partner Rocky live in Seattle's bustling Capitol Hill neighborhood with their sassy cat, Tasha.

His industry experience includes technology, healthcare, financial, and real estate. As a developer, he specializes in XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript web development. As a designer, his focus is on user-centered interactive design.
