We help our clients consider what they truly want in a property, which creates that magic moment when a buyer walks into a house and knows right then and there that they have found their new home.

Here are some initial questions to consider when you are thinking about a new home:

Home Style: Do you like modern or mid-century? Tudors or bungalows? New construction or a touch of history? Bright & open homes or cozy & intimate?

Areas and Neighborhoods: What neighborhoods are you considering? Are you open to new hoods? Do you want quiet or convenient? Is a high walking score important or are you a home body anyway?

Size & Home Details: How many bedrooms/baths do you need? Yard or patio? Garage? Pool? (Don't laugh - you never know.) Do you need it move-in ready or is some sweat equity acceptable - or even desirable? Do you want a mountain, city or water view?

Price Range: Before you start searching, it is wise to work with a lender and determine the monthly payment and price range that works best for you. Need a recommendation?
